Kuhn Rikon Colori+ 5″ Santoku Small Knife

The Kuhn Rikon Colori+ 5″ Santoku Knife, with secure-grip handle, has a high-quality, ultra sharp Japanese non-stick stainless steel blade, that makes chopping and slicing vegetables, fruits and meats easy work. Small holes on the blade break the seal when slicing dense foods such as potatoes, and keep them from sticking to the blade while cutting.

A plastic safety sheath also protects the blade during storage. This knife is dishwasher safe, but washing by hand is recommended.
